Did u guys noticed who is the person with me in the pict above? Forget aedi? He's my diet trainer lah Mr John Garforth . He's depart back to UK last night. Goin miss him. He's a really nice guy and a good trainer ever I'd had. Goin back just to meet his two son. Send my regard to ur son John ! I will miss you. And all of HerbaLife members will miss you :')
